Erin Williams
Fire Chief, NWFRS

As the Fire Chief, I am pleased to offer my strong support for the NWFRS Wellness Program. The health and well-being of our firefighters and emergency personnel are essential to maintaining a resilient, effective, and compassionate emergency service for our community. As First Responders, you face significant physical and mental demands in the course of your duties, and a proactive Wellness Program plays a critical role in supporting the long-term health, injury prevention and mental wellness of our Firefighters. The NWFRS Wellness Program represents an important investment in our people and aligns with our commitment to fostering a healthy, supportive, and sustainable workplace culture. I fully support this program and believe it will provide meaningful benefits to both our members and the community we proudly serve.
